Is that B initial really BOONE, or is it BROUWER, aka BREWER? Notice there is another son Lambert B. VanArsdale. Is that B initial for BROUWER, aka BREWER? In John’s own name, he has an L. initial , and is that for LAMBERT? Is his true name John Lambert Daniel Vanarsdale b, about 1799? Is he named in part for his ancestor Daniel Brouwer (aka BREWER) born 1719 in NJ and died 1791 at Mercer Co KY. ? Did John name his own son as Daniel BROUWER (aka BREWER) Vanardale, in honor of his ancestor? Families used names as identification and a way to honor ancestors. Could your ancestor John L. D.
